Understanding your Posts Report
The Posts Report offers a comprehensive overview of your posts’ performance. With key metrics like email deliveries, open rates, click-through rates, and more, the Posts Report equips you with actionable insights to evaluate, refine, and execute your newsletter content strategy with confidence.
While the Posts Report offers a high-level view of your content's performance across all published posts, you can dive into the analytics dashboard for individual posts to explore detailed metrics for specific pieces of content.
To access your Posts Report, navigate to Analyze > Posts report from the left panel of your account. At any time, you can export each tab of the report as a PDF by clicking the download icon in the top right corner. Open rates are a directional metric at best. They offer a general sense of engagement, but they’re not a definitive measure of how many people are reading your emails. For more information, read our guide on what to know when your open rates decline.
You can scroll horizontally to explore additional data columns.
Finally, at the bottom of the Overview tab, you’ll find the same metrics as the post data above, organized by content tags. This section provides insights into how your broader content pillars are performing, helping you assess trends beyond individual posts.
