Subscriber Preferences....

How to send to subscribers based on their preferences

Once you have set up your subscriber preferences, if you wish to send to subscribers based on their preferences, you need to add the subscriber to an associated segment.

To create a segment based on a custom field from a preference:

  1. Click the 3 dots menu next to the preference and select Create segment.

A modal will pop up for you to add a custom field condition. In order to create a segment with a custom field value condition, you need to choose which option you created within the preference. Use the dropdown menu to select the response you want to create the segment from.

Upon publishing, your subscribers can access an embedded audio player at the top of your web post, making it easier than ever for them to read, listen, and engage with your content on the go.

If you’re looking to feature audio files for your subscribers to listen to within your newsletter, refer to this article for detailed steps.
